Hey there, I’m Kendall Koste, the founder of Shine Brightly! I love helping women Shine! It is my goal to create Vision Boards with 2,500 women in 2024!!!!

Prior to starting Shine Brightly, I led a successful award-winning career in the sales industry for over 30 years, and most recently the real estate industry.

I pursued my passion of coaching and became a certified Professional Life Coach. I live by the mantra “she believed she could, and she did”.

Outside of work, I enjoy being a mother to my son, Will, who always inspires me to be the best version of myself, as well as my Yorkie rescue Lola, Kitty Cleo, and new addition baby Yorkie Winnie Jo! I love shopping, especially for high heels! It’s a rare occasion to see me not wearing a fabulous pair of heels - at any given time I own at least 250 pairs of shoes...which is the reason I will be working until I am 90.
